Instructions for Linking Directly to the ITIS Standard Report

It is possible to perform a query of ITIS data from another website and link to the results within the context of the ITIS Standard Report. We ask that your links clearly identify the source of the information as the Integrated Taxonomic Information System (ITIS).

The URL should be composed in the following format (without any spaces or breaks):

  • every
  • Animal
  • Plant
  • Fungal
  • Bacteria
  • Protozoa
  • Chromista
  • Archaea
