  Comment: See Bousquet (2004) and Arriaga-Varella et al. (2007) regarding the authorship of Corynomalus Chevrolat in Dejean 1836, and its priority over Amphiz Laporte 1840. Previously Corynomalus was wrongly attributed to the later work (Erichson or Gerstaecker 1847)
