  Comment: Caranx ignoblis is a common misspelling of Caranx ignobilis (Forsskål, 1775), found in webpages and grey literature. Hoare (2001) spell Caranx ignobilis correctly in their text, but misspell it in their reference section under: Major, P. F. (1978).
