  Comment: In Mammal Species of the World, second edition (Wilson and Reeder, 2000), the publication date of Tatera robusta (Cretzschmar) is listed as 1830, but in the third edition (Wilson and Reeder, 2005) the date has been corrected to 1826 (species treated as Tatera robusta)
