 Comments

Comment: Comments: Includes Corvira; see Jones and Carter (1976). Davis (1980) gave a key to all but one of the species recognized here. Two subgenera are recognized, Sturnira and Corvira. Phylogenies of the genus have been proposed by Pacheco and Patterson (1991) and Villalobos and Valerio (2002)
