  Comment: The name Echinodermata has been widely attributed to Joseph Klein (~1734), but pre-1758 names have no nomenclatural standing under the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (Art. 1.2.2 notes Articles that also apply to names of taxa at ranks above the family group, including Art. 3). Techinically, Bruguière apparently made the name available in 1791
