  Comment: Halictus rubellus (Eversmann, 1852) (originally in Hylaeus (Colletidae), now in Halictidae as Lasioglossum calceatum (Scopoli, 1763) (TSN 758145)) is a junior secondary homonym of Halictus rubellus Haliday, 1836 (now as Corynura rubella (Haliday, 1836) (TSN 754549)) and a senior secondary homonym of Halictus rubellus Giraud, 1861 (now as Lasioglossum elegans (Lepeletier, 1841) (TSN 758370)). Halictus rubens Smith, 1854 (now as Lasioglossum calceatum rubens (Smith, 1854) was the replacement name. Halictus rufiventris Giraud, 1861 was also subsequently published as a replacement name
