  Comment: Bombus montanus Smith, 1844 is a junior primary homonym of Bombus montanus Lepeletier, 1836, and a senior primary homonym of Bombus montanus Gerstäcker, 1869 (now as Bombus sichelii Radoszkowski, 1859 (TSN 715011)). Bombus monticola Smith, 1849 (TSN 714960) is the replacement name
