 Comments

Comment: Schaeffer & Stehlik (2013:378) note, 'The species was traditionally regarded as widespread, from California and Mexico to the West Indies and Argentina (e.g., Hussey 1929, Henry 1988b). However, this information is based partly on misidentification of other species--according to available material, no species of Acinocoris lives north of Costa Rica, and the true A. lunaris occurs only in Brazil and Guyana (Stehlík, unpublished)'
