  Comment: Retifusus Dall 1916 is variously treated as a full genus (McLean, 1995), or a subgenus of Plicifusus Dall 1902 (Higo et al., 1999), although Plicifusus has also sometimes been considered as a subgenus of Colus (see Turgeon et al., 1998).
