  Comment: Date error: according to Olsen et al. (2016), "[Halichoerus grypus] macrorhynchus reusing the name suggested by Hornschuch & Schilling (1850), but commonly misquoted as Hornschuch & Schilling (1851). Ellerman & Morison-Scott (1951) seem to have introduced this error by referring to a review of the work in the journal Archiv für Naturgeschichte for the year 1851."
