 Comments

Comment: A common misspelling of Caranx ignobilis (Forsskål, 1775), found in webpages and grey literature. Hoare (2001) spell Caranx ignobilis correctly in their text, but misspell it in their reference section under: Major, P. F. (1978). Predator-prey interactions in two schooling fishes, Caranx ignoblis [sic] and Stolephorus purpureus. Animal Behaviour 26, 760-777
