 Comments

Comment: Anthophora candida Pérez, 1879 (now as Amegilla fasciata (Fabricius, 1775) (TSN 762636)) is a junior primary homonym of Anthophora candida Smith, 1879 (now as Amegilla candida (Smith, 1879) (TSN 762597)). Dalla Torre, 1896 published Anthophora candens as a replacement name for Anthophora candida Pérez, 1879 (although appearing to attribute the correction to Pérez) and the subsequent combination Podalirius candens (Dalla Torre, 1896).
