 Comments

Comment: Apparently a 'parahomonym' of (different kingdom, same name as) algal genus Turnerella Fr. Schmitz in Engler et Prantl (TSN 11908)
See comments in Michener (2000), where it is argued that Turnerella Cockerell 1910 should be considered a synonym of Euryglossina (Euryglossina) Cockerell 1910, but the Australian Faunal Directory website (2006) treats it as its own subgenus of Euryglossina, without comment
